Barbara Ann Gray, daughter of the late Clarence E. Gray and Jessie C. Gray, was born on September 12, 1941 in Bloomfield, Mo., and died at the St. Joseph Hospital in Kirkwood, Mo., on December 14, 2003, at the age of 62.

Barbara Ann graduated from Dexter High School in 1961. She moved to California, where she received her degree in nursing. She was currently residing in Fredericktown.

Survivors include one sister, Wilma Gray Shell of Dexter, and one brother, Bill Gray of Fredericktown.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Anthony; by two brothers, Donald Ray Gray and James Gray; and by one sister, Norma Jean Gray.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2004, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter with Clyde Jacques officiating. Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
