Mr. Link had lived in Bloomfield most of his life and was a farm laborer.
On Dec. 31, 1971, he was married to Brenda Vaughn in Troy. She preceded him in death on Feb. 5, 2003.
Surviving are four sons, Brian Link of Bloomfield, Tony Link of Dexter, Robert Rolling of Bloomfield, and Randall Rolling of Ft. Meade, Fla.; one daughter, Melissa Diane Pasquelone of Haines City, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, James Link of Troy and Johnny Link of Silex; and five sisters, Virginia Bradley of Charleston, Virgie Geeding and Marilyn Schulte, both of Troy, Beverly Mangrum and Lesa Link, both of Bloomfield.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Marsha Henson, Patsy Creech, Mary Louise Link; one half-brother, Thelbert Daniel; and one granddaughter.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today, Sunday, Jan. 18, 2004, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 2004, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with Bro. Bill Bradley of Charleston officiating.
Interment will follow in the North Antioch Cemetery near Bloomfield with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
