Robert Owen Kennedy, son of the late Tony Kennedy and Ina Weible Kennedy, was born on July 7, 1940, at Fremont and died in the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center at Bloomfield on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004, at the age of 63.

Mr. Kennedy was a carpenter and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was united in marriage to Charlette Spangler on Feb. 7, 1976, at Malden. Mrs. Kennedy survives of the home in Bloomfield.

Besides his wife, survivors include one son, Jeffrey Owen Kennedy of Aquilla; two brothers, Amos Kennedy of Dexter and Claude Kennedy of Van Buren; one sister, Lois Smee of Dexter; and five grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Alan Kennedy.

Graveside services will be conducted at the Bloomfield Cemetery, Friday, Jan. 23, 2004, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Bob Holland officiating.
