Helen Prince, daughter of the late Luther Smith and Eula Beasley Smith was born on March 22, 1911 at Dyersburg, Tennessee, and died at the Three River Healthcare South Campus in Poplar Bluff on February, 13, 2004, at the age of 92.

Mrs. Prince was a homemaker and a resident of Bloomfield.

She was united in marriage to Paul Prince in 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr Prince preceded her in death.

Survivors include one daughter, Hilda Fuwell of Bloomfield; by one sister, Mary Gossett of Memphis, Tennessee; and by nine grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Lloyd Gauldin; by two brothers, L.C. Smith and Alton Smith; and by one sister, Grace Romanello.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2004. Funeral services will then be conducted at 1 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery.
