Francis X. Lyons, son of the late John Lyons and Rose Herbeck Lyons, was born on April 7, 1931, at Omaha, Neb., and died on Jan. 28, 2004, in the Cypress Point Health Care Center in Dexter at the age of 72.

Mr. Lyons was a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include one son, John Lyons; one step-son, Kevin Fluharty of Alabama; one daughter, Rose Mooneyhan of Oldsmar, Fla.; one brother, Chuck Lyons of Omaha, Neb.; and five grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, in the Faith Fellowship Bible Way Assembly Church in Dexter with Rev. Bonnie Cross officiating.
