Jeffrey Adams

Jeffrey Alan Adams, 28, was born at St. Charles, Mo., on Feb. 3, 1976, the son of Bobby G. Adams and the late Marcena Elaine Walker, and died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004 at his residence in Poplar Bluff.

Adams was a machine operator for Mid-continent Nail Corporation at Poplar Bluff and a resident of the Poplar Bluff community.

Survivors include a daughter, Denise Elaine Adams of Imperial, Mo.; a father and step-mother, Bobby and Margaret Adams of Bernie; a brother, Bryan Eugene Adams of Seattle, Wash.; two sisters, Teresa Cecil of Dexter and Melissa Briles of Bernie; and a step-sister, Anita Halford of Fisk.

Visitation was held Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, from 5-8 p.m. at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie with Rev. Bill Garrett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
