Howard Garner

Howard D. Garner, a resident of Dexter, died in Little Rock, Ark., on Monday, March 1, 2004, at the age of 76.

Funeral arrangements are being planned for Friday at 2 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter. A complete obituary will follow in Wednesday's paper.
