She was united in marriage to Charles Kelley on Aug. 3, 1929, at Clines Island. Mr. Kelley preceded her in death on June 14, 1980.
Mrs. Kelley was a member of the Link Pentecostal Church near Bloomfield, a homemaker, a former resident of Bloomfield currently residing in Dexter.
Survivors include three sons, Billy Gene Kelley of Belleview, Fla.; Willard Dean Kelley of Aid, and Eddie Kelley of Barnhart; three daughters, Pat Phillips of Dexter, Betty Joyce Stevens and Ellen Jane LaMar, both of Imperial; one brother, Everett Young of Bloomfield; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Kelley, Jr. and Kenneth Glennon Kelley; three sisters, Edna Moore, Ollie Hester and Edith Hester.
Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2004, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Boyd Brooks and Rev. Roy Stafford officiating.
Interment followed in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
