Doris A. Griffin

Doris A. Griffin, the daughter of the late Enrique and Manuela Gonzalez Cuevas, was born in Panama City, Panama, on Oct. 19, 1939, and died at her home in St. Louis on Monday, March 8, 2004, at the age of 64.

Mrs. Griffin was a former resident of Dexter and had lived in St. Louis the past 15 years. She had attended various fellowship churches and was a member of Women's Aglow.

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Julio of Kansas City and Elizabeth Ann Griffin of St. Louis; two brothers, Enrique Cuevas and Melchor Cuevas, both of Panama; and one sister, Yolanda Cuevas of Panama.

She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth W. Griffin on May 12, 2002.

Visitation will be held after 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 13, 2004, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 13, 2004, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter.

Interment will follow in the Dudley Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of all arrangements.
