Bobby Okerleen Cunningham, the daughter of Nebraska J. Denson of Kennett and the late Robert Andrew Denson, was born in Kennett on April 30, 1931, and died at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett on Monday, March 29, 2004, at the age of 72.
Mrs. Cunningham had lived in Parma since 1972. She had also lived in Germany, Alaska, Kansas, Georgia, Maryland and Kennett. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Parma.
On June 20, 1954, she was married to Paul E. Cunningham in Hernando.
Surviving are her husband, Paul E. Cunningham of Parma; her mother, Nebraska J. Denson of Kennett; two daughters, Paula Renee Hutchens of Union City, Tenn., and Pamela Jo Graves of Marmaduke, Ark.; one son, Robert Wayne Cunningham of New Madrid; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Hazel Baker and Willa Haraway, both of Kennett, and JoAnn Fitterling of Bridgeton.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Hildredge Johnson; two brothers, O.D. "Buddy" Denson and Hollis Denson.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at the First Baptist Church in Parma.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2004, in the First Baptist Church in Parma with the Rev. John Girdley of Parma officiating.
Interment will be held at 2 p.m. in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
