Ruth Marie Wilson, daughter of the late Albert and Lura Huggins Cossairt, was born at Bloomfield on May 7, 1909, and died at Beverly Healthcare in Bloomfield on Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at the age of 94.

Mrs. Wilson was a life long resident of Bloomfield and a lifetime member of the Christian Church in Bloomfield. She served as a clerk in the Probate Court in Bloomfield for several years in the 1950's and 60's. Mrs. Wilson was first married to Chesley Culbertson, and he preceded her in death. She later married Paul Wilson, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Don Culbertson of Poplar Bluff; one daughter, Helen Brockmire of Collinsville, Ill.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Ira, Arthur, Robert, Charles, and Ralph; and two sisters, Cassie Gaines and Mary Elanor Werneck.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2004, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2004, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Kenneth Gaines officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
