She was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Cowan; one daughter, Jean Davis; two brothers; and one sister.
Survivors are two daughters, Ann Dixon of Searcy, Ark., and Klugh Woodruff of Jonesboro, Ark.; eight grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Scott Davis, Matt Dixon, Hannah Dixon, Ben Woodruff, Clark Woodruff, Carrie Jones and Greg Dixon; three great-grandchildren, Kayla Jean Davis, Cody Davis and Isaac Jones.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 15, 2004, at Emerson Funeral Home, 1629 E. Nettleton, in Jonesboro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2004, at Emerson Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Richard Akins and E. Winston Burton officiating.
Interment will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park.
