Ines Sombra and David Mayberry were united in marriage April 24, 2004, in Thorncrown Chapel, Eureka Springs, Ark. The bride is the daughter of Dr. Domingo Sombra and Mrs. Silvia Nieva, Rio Grande, Argentina, and the bridegroom is the son of Len and Linda Mayberry, Republic and grandson of Alice Mayberry of Dexter.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin strapless gown. It featured a drop waist accented by a rum pink sash flowing down the back of the chapel length train. The bride designed her veil and had it handmade in Argentina. She carried a simple bouquet of ivory and pale-tinted pink roses tied with a satin ribbon.

Maid of honor, Callie Maples, and bridesmaid, Lorien Riead, wore latte-colored strapless cocktail length dresses accented with pearl necklaces and bracelets. Calin Jameson was best man, and Dana Underwood was groomsman. John Mayberry was ring bearer; Shelby Smith, the flower girl; Tommy Brown, usher; and Danielle Hudgens was guest book attendant -- all cousins of the bridegroom. Jeremy Slye, friend of the bride, also was guest book attendant. A dinner/dance was held at the Inn of the Ozarks Conference Center in Eureka Springs immediately following the wedding.

As a belated honeymoon, the couple will travel to Argentina in December 2004. On January 1, 2005, David and Ines will celebrate their union in Cordoba, Argentina, exchanging their vows once again in the Cappuccino Cathedral with a dinner/dance following. Several friends and family members plan to travel to Argentina to celebrate with them.

They now reside in Greenville, Texas. David has been employed with L3 Communications as a licensed A&P technician since graduating last August from Spartan School of Aeronautics-Tulsa. Ines will continue to work for Drury University as a Data Architect consultant and will begin her Masters in Computer Science program in the fall at Texas A&M, Commerce, Texas.#
