Walter Joseph

Walter Joseph, son of the late Charles Edgar Joseph and Lula Allstun Joseph, was born on April 2, 1918, in Stoddard County and died in the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter on Saturday, May 22, 2004, at the age of 86.

Mr. Joseph was of the Protestant faith, a retired farm laborer and a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include one brother, Russell Joseph of Dexter; and one sister, Lorene Soucie of Orion, Mich.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Joseph, Brown Joseph, and William Joseph; and two sisters, Mabel Francis and Maudie Rowe.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 24, 2004, at 1 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter with Rev. Phil Warren officiating.

Interment followed in the Essex Cemetery.
