Richard W. Watson, son of Charles and Brenda Case Watson, was born in St. Louis on July 17, 1965, and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at the age of 38.

He had been an employee of Tyson Foods and was a resident of Bloomfield for several years.

Surviving are his mother, Brenda Watson of the home in Bloomfield; two brothers, Donald Watson of Bloomfield and Samuel Watson of Albertville, Ala.; and one sister, Sherry Barker of Bloomfield.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Watson, in 1991; and an infant son, Eric Lynn.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today, Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2004, in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Triplet Cemetery near Dexter with the Rev. Doyle Corlew officiating.
