Shirley Louise Churchill

Shirley Louise Churchill, the daughter of George and Viola Clingsmith Washington, was born at Malden Aug. 1, 1933, and died at the Carraway Medical Center in Cullman, Ala., Friday, July 23, 2004, at the age of 70.

She was a former resident of Dexter but had lived in Cullman, Ala., for several years.

Surviving are her husband, Charles Churchill of Cullman, Ala.; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 2004, at the Williams-McCracken Funeral Chapel in Cullman, Ala.

Interment followed in the Cullman City Cemetery.
