Truman E. Cato

Truman E. Cato, the son of the late Sylvester and Lenora Bennett Cato, was born near Kinder on July 26, 1931, and died at his home near Puxico on Friday, July 30, 2004, at the age of 73.

Mr. Cato had lived in the Bollinger County area his whole life. He was a retired saw mill laborer. He enjoyed attending auctions.

Surviving are two brothers, James Cato of St. Louis and Winford Cato of Bloomfield.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico with the Rev. Gary Cooper of Advance officiating.

Interment will be in the Brush Creek Cemetery near Arab with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
