Thresa Ann Miller, daughter of Bob Jackson of Essex and the late Ualia Snider Jackson, was born on June 10, 1939, at Essex and died in the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center at Dexter on Aug. 2, 2004, at the age of 65.

Mrs. Miller attended the Grayridge General Baptist Church, was a former employee of Fabric Mart in Dexter, an employee of 28 years for Overturf Health-Mart in Dexter and a resident of rural Essex.

She was united in marriage to George "Eddy" Miller on Nov. 7, 1959, at Essex, and to this union two children were born. Mr. Miller preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 2002.

Survivors include one daughter, Lori Malloy and husband Carles of Essex; one son, Todd Miller of Essex and his fiancé Sarah Swallows and her daughter Halle, both of Benton; her father, Bob Jackson of Essex; and one grandson, Devin Miller.

Visitation will be held after 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, 2004, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 6, 2004, in the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter with Rev. Kenneth Biggs, Rev. Robert Lafferty and Rev. Phil Warren officiating.

Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
