Douglas Ray Johnson, 47, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004. He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Rusty Johnson.

He is survived by his daughters, Julie Marie and Stephanie Ann; a sister, Michelle Johnson of Dexter.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, 2004, and 1-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, at Phillips Robinson Funeral Home in Nashville, Tenn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, at Phillips Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Road, Nashville, Tenn. officated by Ray "Doc" Elder.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, in New Prospect Cemetery.
