Rava Lucille Riddle, the daughter of the late Dan and Ella Pritchett Bollinger, was born in Himmel, Missouri on August 31, 1923, and passed away at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on Aug. 5, 2004, at the age of 80 years, 11 months, and 5 days.

Mrs. Riddle had lived in Bernie since 1946 and had lived in Southeast Missouri all her life. She attended the Bethany General Baptist Church near Campbell, Missouri.

On September 13, 1941, she was married to Alvis Russell Riddle near Dexter, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 9, 1978.

Surviving are four sons: Dennis Riddle of Bernie, Missouri, R.J. Riddle of Bloomfield, MIssouri, Terry Riddle of Bloomfield, Missouri, and Daryl Riddle of Jackson, Missouri, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two brothers: Noble Bollinger of Swinton, Missouri, Talmage Bollinger of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and one sister: Norma Jean Hahn of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Other friends and relatives also survive. She was preceded in death by one daughter in infancy and one granddaughter.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the Watkins and Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Bryan Johnson of Campbell, Missouri and Rev. Dale Hartle of Bernie, Missouri officiating.

Interment will be in the Smith-Stevenson Cemetery near Dexter, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
