Mr. Standridge had been a resident of Bloomfield the past 35 years. He was a farmer and retired in June 2003 from Nestle Purina Company near Bloomfield. On February 22, 1964 he was married to Wanda Kem.
Survivors include his wife of the home in Bloomfield, one son, John Standridge; two daughters, Sandy Lynxwiler and Barbara Ann Finch, both of Bloomfield; four brothers, Samuel Standridge of New Concord, Ky., Kenneth Standridge, of Wappapello, Dwayne and Earl "Bill" Standridge, both of Sikeston; four sisters, Blanche Hardin of Dardanelle, Ark., Marie Phillips, of Tulsa, Ok., Wanda Walters of Matthews, Mo., and Wilma Hasler, of Fort Collins, Co., three grandsons and one granddaughter, other relatives and many friends survive to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by one son, David Wayne, one brother and two sisters.
Visitation was at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield from 5 - 8 p.m., Sunday. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, August 23 at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Bob Holland officiating.
Interment followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
