Juanita Elnora Lewis, a resident of Bernie, the daughter of Samuel Carl McGee and Alberta Gladys Crowell McGee, was born Nov. 7, 1936, at Holcomb and died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 67.

She was a retired beautician and a member of the Circle City Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include two sons, Norman Dale Mikel of Bernie and Thomas Gene Mikel; one daughter, Patty Lynn Lewis of Dexter; her mother, Alberta McGee of Senath; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Carlos Gene McGee of Kennett; and one sister, Rhonda Dye of Campbell.

She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Carl McGee; and one sister, Barbara McGee.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Rev. Glenys Duckworth officiating.

Interment will follow in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
