Betty Sue Dunning, daughter of the late Edward McMillion and Virgie Griffin McMillion, was born on July 22, 1935, at Malden and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare of Dexter on Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at the age of 69.

Mrs. Dunning attended the First Pentecostal Church in Dexter, was a former seamstress for International Hat Company in Dexter and was a resident of rural Dexter.

She was united in marriage to Arthur W. Dunning on Dec. 8, 1951, at Pocahontas, Ark. Mr. Dunning preceded her in death on March 3, 2004.

Survivors include one daughter, Sandi Walker of Dexter; one sister, Fern Douglas of Puxico; two grandchildren, Kyle Walker of Dexter and Alison Walker of Waynesboro, Va.; three great-grandchildren, Paige Bolin of Bloomfield, Breanna Walker and Lainey Walker of Dexter.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield with Rev. Robert Bentley officiating.

Rainey-Mathis Funeral home of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
