Harold W. "Bud" Chapman, 71, a resident of Essex, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2004, at his home in Dexter.

He was co-owner for many years of Chapman and Vaughn Fabricating and Steel Supply Co. in Dexter until his retirement.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, in the Watkins & Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter.
