Shirley Zook, 73, a resident of Glenallen, died Thursday, Sept. 23, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
