Deloma "Toots" Colwell

Deloma "Toots" Colwell, the daughter of the late Everett H. and Ossie A. Walker Hall, was born in Fisk on Aug. 14, 1924, and died at The Cedargate in Poplar Bluff on Sept. 29, 2004, at the age of 80.

She had lived in Arizona and moved to Poplar Bluff in 1992. She was a retired business owner.

Surviving are one daughter: Tamara M. Smoot of Nashville, Tenn.; one grandchild; five brothers, Gary Hall, Roy Hall, and Allen Walker Hall, all of Poplar Bluff, Charles "Dub" Hall of Essex, and Brent Hall of Wappapello; and two sisters, Alice Jarrell of Dexter and Sue Duncan of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Marge Allen.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
