Pamela Renee Poe and Mark Rodney Ogelvie were united in marriage Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004, at the First General Baptist Church in Advance.

The bride is the daughter of Roy and Cheryl Diane Poe of Advance.

The bridegroom is the son of Ralph and Joyce Ogelvie of Dexter.

Rev. Norman Elledge of Advance performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Brenda Bell-Miller of Landover, Md. Bridesmaids were Christy Sandage of Bloomfield, Michelle Ogelvie of Poplar Bluff and Christie McCoy-Cooley of Dexter. Flower girls were the bride's twin cousins, Selena and Teresa Poe, of Malden, and niece of the bride, Hayleigh Poe, of Bloomfield.

Best man was David Jones of Dexter. Groomsmen were Jamie Hodge of Puxico, Roy Poe, Jr. of Bloomfield, and Mike Williams of Wappapello. The bride's brother, Austin Poe, was the usher. Ringbearer was Nathan Smith of Desoto, nephew of the bridegroom.

Guestbook attendant was Pansy Poe of Dexter, aunt of the bride.

The wedding party entered to the instrumental arrangement of "The Wedding Song" by Kenny G, and the bride walked down the aisle to the traditional bridal march. The couple and both sets of parents performed their unity candle ceremony to "All of Me" by Stryper. "You Sang To Me" by Marc Anthony was played during the recessional.

The bride is a 1992 graduate of Bloomfield High School and is employed as a customer service representative at First Midwest Bank of Dexter.

The bridegroom is a 1987 graduate of Dexter High School and has been employed for 15 plus years at ArvinMeritor in Dexter.

Following a honeymoon in Lake of the Ozarks, the couple now resides in Dexter.
