Elaine J. Miller, the daughter of the late Bernard and Edith Rodkin Adelman, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on June 8, 1935, and died at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau on Dec. 11, 2004, at the age of 69.

She had lived in New York and New Jersey before moving to Dexter in 1977.

On July 8, 1975, she was married to Robert Bryan Miller in New Jersey. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1996.

Surviving are three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 8:30-10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2004, in the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2004, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Danny Collins of Qulin officiating.

Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter with Watkins & sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
