John Robert Wilkison, son of Dale Wilkison of Dexter and the late Anna Blocker Wilkison, was born on July 29, 1969, at Dexter and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2005, at the age of 36.

He was a member of the Dexter Eagles Lodge and a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include one son, John Robert Wilkison, Jr. of St. Louis; three daughters, Crystal Banfield of Bernie, Krista Northington of Dexter, and Viva Wilkison of Dexter; one brother, Michael Edward Wilkison of Farmington; and one sister, Londa Moran of Bernie.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Heaven Wilkison.

Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will then be conducted at 11 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. James Hook officiating.

Interment will follow in the Link Cemetery
