Inez Sanford, the daughter of the late Daniel W. and Eva Hearn Sanford, was born in Kennett on April 26, 1910, and died at Green Park Nursing Home in St. Louis on Friday, Jan. 7, 2005, at the age of 94.

She was a former resident of Southeast Missouri and has lived in St. Louis since 1948 where she worked in the Libson Specialty Shop. She was of the United Methodist faith.

Surviving are two sisters, Leon "Lee" Sanford of St. Louis and Daphna Bruening of Cape Girardeau.

Graveside funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter with Rev. John Adams of Dexter officiating.

Interment followed in the Hagy Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
