Bill Flowers, a resident of Dexter, died on Monday, Jan. 17, 2005, in the Southeast Missouri Hospital at Cape Girardeau at the age of 74.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
