Marilyn Agey, daughter of the late Homer Morgan and Lola Medcalf Morgan, was born on May 23, 1924, at Dexter and died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005, in the Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter at the age of 80.

Mrs. Agey was a member of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Dexter, the owner of Morgan Furniture Company in Dexter and a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include two sons, John Agey and David Agey, both of Dexter; three grandchildren, Jennifer Grey, Megan Agey and Matthew Agey; and two great-grandchildren, Nicholas Grey and Dylan Grey.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, David Samuel Morgan Agey.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Vaughn Wright officiating.

Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
