Lula Ann McFall

Lula McFall, daughter of the late Robert Burton and Leona Harris Burton, was born Aug. 7, 1904, at Tolu, Ky., and died inthe Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at the age of 100.

Mrs. McFall was of the Assembly of God faith, a homemaker and a resident of Dexter.

She was united in marriage to Frank McFall on Feb. 29, 1940, in Hardin County, Ill. Mr. McFall preceded her in death on Sept. 27, 1973.

Survivors include two sons, George McFall of Horn Lake, Miss., and Jerry McFall of Dexter; four daughters, Leona Sander of Fremont, Ill., Imogene Mansker of Allenville, Kathryn Haney and Patty Rogers, both of Dexter; 20 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-granchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Earlene Turner and two at infancy; one son, Lloyd McFall; two brothers, Gene Burton and Audie Curry; four sisters, Jessie Hensley, Nola Vaughn, Marie Burns, and Lucille Lane; and four grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Kohlbaker officiating.

Interment followed in the Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
