He was a retired auto worker at General Motors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Mae Braman Jordan.
Survivors include one daughter, Glenda Boyer of Liberty Center, Ind.; and one son, Larry Jordan of DeSoto; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Lucille Goodwin, Katherine Whittley and Thelma Cox; and three brothers, Clifton, Robert and Lewis Jordan.
Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Chapel.
Interment followed in Mount Olive Cemetery in DeSoto.
