Orba Arthur Allison, son of Maudie Fox Allison, of Puxico and the late Miles Allison was born on September 15, 1941 at Poplar Bluff and died in his residence at rural Puxico on February 18, 2005 at the age of 63.

Mr. Allison was a former union-employed electrical lineman, a veteran of the United States Army and a resident of rural Puxico.

Survivors include two daughters, Michelle Heinzel, of Lincoln, Ill., and Chelynn Bell, of Clarksville, Tenn.; by his mother, Maudie Allison, of Puxico; by five brothers, four sisters and five grandchildren.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Graveside memorial services were conducted at 9 a.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at the Wappapello Cemetery. Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home of Dexter was in charge of arrangements.
