Ron D. Hill, 65, of Advance, was born on June 29, 1939, at Swinton, the son of the late James and Marie Bland Hill, and died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, at his home.

He was a retired machine press operator at Lee Rowan Co. in Jackson. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two sons, Ronnie D. Hill, Jr. of Michigan and Jamie J. Hill of Advance; a daughter, Rhonda Duncan of Advance; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation wwill be held Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, from 5-8 p.m. in the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance with Rev. Norman Elledge officiating.

Interment will follow in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
