Helen Crow, daughter of the late Hubert Cox and Fronie Washam Cox, was born March 14, 1925, at Bethel Springs, Tenn., and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at the age of 80.

Mrs. Crow was a member of the Hopewell General Baptist Church near Essex, a homemaker and resident of rural Dexter.

She was united in marriage to Robert C. Crow on Nov. 9, 1946, at Bernie. Mr. Crow survives of the home near Dexter.

Besides her husband, survivors include three sons, Phillip Crow, Terry Crow and Bobby Crow of Dexter; one daughter, Donna Roberts of Bloomfield; two brothers, George Cox of Dexter and William T. "Dub" Cox of Cherry Valley, Calif.; one sister, Nina Reinbott of Bertrand; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, marvin Cox and Parvin Cox; and one sister, Robbie Hurst.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2005, at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Martin Goode officiating.

Interment followed in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
