She had been a resident of the Springfield area for many years and moved to Dexter in 1995. She was employed at Tyson Foods in Dexter and was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter.
On Feb. 2, 2001, she was married to Paul Woodard in Dexter.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Woodard; two daughters, Jennifer Calhoun of Houston and Tracy Rayburn of Wappapello; four step-daughters, Marsha Woodard and Becky Kelley, both of dexter, Donna Woodard of Circle City, and Susan Woodard of Charleston, Ind.; one step-son, Paul Woodard, Jr. of Columbia, S.C.; three grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; five brothers, Don Elliott of Mansfield, Kenneth Elliott of Norwood, Roy Elliott of Poplar Bluff, Dwight Elliott of Oakwood, Ga., and Richard Elliott of Ava; two sisters, Virginia Bell or Mt. Grove and Juanita Harwell of Poplar Bluff.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 28, 2005, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Bro. John Ruddick of Bloomfield officiating.
Interment will be at a later date in the Evansdale Cemetery in Evans with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
