Nora Geraldine McCain, daughter of Ora Nora Wilson King and the late Clarence Herbert King, was born on July 4, 1940, at Minimun and died at her residence in rural Bernie on Monday, May 2, 2005, at the age of 64.

Mrs. McCain was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Malden and a homemaker.

She was united in marriage to Loyd Denzil McCain on Nov. 3, 1961, at Malden. Mr. McCain survives of the home in Bernie.

Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Ronald Wayne McCain of Bernie; her mother, Ora Nora King of Mesquite, Texas; two brothers, Sidney King of DeSoto and Clarence Herbert King of St. Louis; five sisters, Norma Decker and Ruby Garland, both of Malden, Lorna Snyder of Doe Run, Carroll Gray of Union, and Debra King of Mesquite, Texas.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Darrell Dewayne King; and one sister, Marcella Lovins.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the First Assembly of God Church in Malden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005, in the First Assembly of God Church in Malden with Rev. John Humphrey and Rev. Marlin Durham officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
