Mr. Taylor had lived most of his life in Puxico until moving to Salesville, Ark., seven years ago. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Norfolk, Ark. He enjoyed fishing and wood working. He was a driver for Schnider Trucking of Green Bay, Wis.
In July of 1994, he was married to Wanda Edwards in Bloomfield. Surviving are his wife, Wanda Taylor of Puxico; one son, Dennis Pennington of Indianapolis, Ind.; one daughter, Denise Pennington of Indianapolis, Ind.; his father, Milborn Taylor of Puxico; two granddaughters; and four brothers, Jimmy Taylor of Sevierville, Tenn., Clarence Taylor of Yellville, Ark., Bob Taylor and Dennis Taylor, both of Puxico.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005, in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico with Bro. Jim Windhalm of Norfolk, Ark., and Dale Grissom of Dexter officiating.
Interment will be in the Rock Hill Cemetery near Puxico with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
