Lee R. Larsen, son of Ruth Allstun Larsen and the late Norvel Larsen, was born at Bloomfield on Sept. 20, 1946, and died at his home in rural Bloomfield on Thursday, May 12, 2005, at the age of 58.

Mr. Larsen had lived in Texas where he worked as a welder but had been a resident of Bloomfield since 1985. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his mother, Ruth Larsen of Bloomfield; one daughter, Amy Feagins of Taylor, Texas; one brother, Norman Larsen of Apple Springs, Texas; three sisters, Wava Gillespie of Dexter, Leah Phillips of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Hazel Perry of Bloomfield; and two grandsons.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2005, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2005, at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Don Barr officiating.

Interment will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield with full military rites by the Stoddard County Honor Guard.
