Tim Rodgers, son of Larry Dale Rodgers of Circle City and the late Geneva Edmonds Rodgers, was born Jan. 1, 1968, at Dexter and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter on Friday, July 8, 2005, at the age of 37.

Tim was a technician/mechanic for Autry Morlan Chevrolet-Cadillac in Dexter and a resident of rural Parma.

He was united in marriage to Julie Patterson on Oct. 11, 1985, at Essex. She preceded him in death on June 15, 1987.

Survivors include one daughter, Misty Dawn Rodgers of Dexter; his father, Larry Dale Rodgers of Circle City; one step-son, Matt Sherbourne of Parma; his long-time companion, Donna Hopkins of the home; two sisters, Bonnie Corlew and Cynthia Goodman, both of Dexter.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2005, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter.

Interment followed in the Essex Cemetery.
