Jeffrey Michael White, son of Michael and Lana McCoy White, was born May 11, 1988, and died at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis on Wednesday, July 13, 2005, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident in Bloomfield on July 12, 2005, at the age of 17.

Mr. White was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield and would have been a senior this year at Bloomfield High School. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah General Baptist Church and was employed at Town and Country Supermarket in Bloomfield.

Survivors include his parents Michael and Lana White of Bloomfield; one brother, Jessup White of the home in Bloomfield; his maternal grandparents, Gary and Sara McCoy of Dexter; and his paternal grandparents Shannon and Dorothy White of Bloomfield.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2005, at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2005, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Buddy Hannah officiating.

Interment will follow in the North Antioch Cemetery near Bloomfield.
