Gettie Louise Chiles, 60, of Miner, was born Oct. 4, 1944, at Chaffee, the daughter of the late Curtis and Martha Aldina Treece Chiles, and died Saturday, July 23, 2005, at Transition Care in Miner.

Gettie was a member of Cape First Church.

Survivors include three brothers, Lee Treece of Norwalk, Calif., Steve Chiles of Chester, Ill., and Cecil Chiles of Jackson; and a sister, Janet Seabaugh of Chaffee.

She was also preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2005, at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance with Rev. Gary Brothers officiating.

Interment will follow at Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
