Truman Bertrand Hufford of Malden died Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at the age of 76. He was of the Pentecostal faith and a retired truck driver/minister.

Born Sept. 17, 1928, at Glennonville, he was the son of the late Earl W. and Myrtle B. Keaster Hufford. He married Loretta Earnheart.

Survivors include one son, Lynn Hufford of Granite City, Ill.; two daughters, Carol Sue Nelson of Oregon, Ill. and Tammy Eads of Malden; four brothers, Matthew Hufford of Poplar Bluff, Terry Hufford of Malden, Wenzle Hufford of Gideon, and Denzle Hufford of Aquilla; two sisters, Mable Norman of Dexter and Rosellia Kelly of Lakeland, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Harold Hufford; three brothers, Loyd, William and Jerry; and three sisters, Lillian, Mary Lee and Gladys.

Visitation will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2005, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Earnest Puckett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bernie City Cemetery.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden is in charge of all arrangements.
