Pansy Edmundson, daughter of the late John and Alma Litzler, was born on Nov. 16, 1915, at Dudley and died in the Mark Twin Caring Center at Poplar Bluff on Aug. 20, 2005, at the age of 89.

Mrs. Edmundson was a homemaker and a resident of Poplar Bluff.

She was united in marriage to Jasper N. "Pete" Edmundson on Nov. 11, 1940, at Dudley. Mr. Edmundson preceded her in death on Nov. 3, 1987.

Survivors include one son, Jasper N. Edmundson, Jr. of Poplar Bluff; one daughter, Ruth Ward of Albuquerque, N.M.; and one brother, Jack Litzler of Dexter.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Grace Elizabeth Litzler.

Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2005, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Webb officiating.

Interment followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
