Kenneth M. Calvert was born March 29, 1959, at St. Louis, and died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 46.

He had formerly lived in Kansas City, Kan., for several years.

On Jan. 23, 1983, he was united in marriage to Alice Phillips.

Survivors include two sons, Chad Calvert and Harley Calvert, both of Dexter; one daughter, Christy Calvert of Dexter; one brother, Bill Calvert, Jr. of Overland Park, Kan.; his father, Bill Calvert, Sr., of Dexter.

Visitation was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk.
