Dwight Franklin Laden, Jr. a resident of Fayetteville, Ark., died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark.

He was born on Aug. 17, 1964, at Caruthersville, the son of Jane Wilkerson Laden of Malden and the late Dwight F. Laden, Sr.

On April 29, 1990, he was united in marriage to Helen Frazier Lay at Fort Worth, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Laden of Fayetteville, Ark.; his mother, Jane Laden of Malden; two brothers, Scott Laden of Dexter and Mark Laden of Malden; three step-sons, Rickey Allen Lay of Siloam Springs, Ark., Bobby Lay of West Fork, Ark., and Jason Lay of Oaks, Okla.; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation was held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2005, in the Bradshaw Chapel in Malden with Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.

Interment followed in Laden Cemetery at Dexter.
