Shirley Arnold Walker, daughter of the late Walter David Arnold and Belva Roberts Arnold, was born on Nov. 5, 1937, near Dexter and died on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, near Dexter at the age of 67.

Mrs. Walker was an employee of Federal Mogul in Malden where she worked as an inspector and was a resident of rural Dexter.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Bradley Shane and Robin Walker of Dexter; two grandchildren, Seth Tyler Walker and Dustin Glenn Walker.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters in infancy.

Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will then be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dennis Ward officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
