Angela Poe

Angela Marie McCoy Poe, daughter of Anna McCoy Roper of Wappapello and the late Darrell Gene McCoy, was born Aug. 27, 1976, at Dexter and died in Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Monday, Oct. 28, 2005, at the age of 29.

Angela was a packer for Fancy Farms near Bernie and a resident of rural Bernie.

She was united in marriage to Brian Austin Poe on March 24, 1996, at Dexter. Brian survives of the home near Bernie.

Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Brian Austin Poe, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Teresa Michelle Poe and Selena Marie Poe, both of the home; her mother and step-father, Anna and Dewayne Roper of Wappapello; one brother, Darrell Ray McCoy of Idalia; one sister, Tanya Guzman of Powe; her paternal grandmother, Mildred McCoy of Dexter.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2005, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Mike Green officiating.

Interment followed in the Rock Point Cemetery near Advance.
